# How to Sign Up &  Create Your DotSuite Account (Step-by-Step  Guide)

Learn how to register, verify your email, choose your plan, and activate your subscription.

## Overview

Signing up for DOT SEO TOOLS takes just a few minutes. This guide walks you through the complete registration and payment process — including email verification, GST details for Indian users, and selecting the right plan.

## Step 1 — Open  the Registration Page

1. Visit https://dotseotools.com  
2. Click the “Sign Up for Pro” button in the header.  
3. You’ll be redirected to the registration page:  
   👉 https://dotseotools.com/register

## Step 2 — Enter  Your Basic Details

On the registration form:

- Enter your First Name
- Enter your Last Name
- Enter your Email Address

Click “Send OTP” to receive your verification code.

## Step 3 —  Verify Your Email (OTP Verification)

1. Check your email inbox for a 6-digit OTP from DotSuite.  
2. Enter the OTP in the OTP field on the registration page.  
3. Continue to the next step once verified.

Note: If you don’t see the OTP, check Spam/Promotions, or click Resend OTP.

## Step 4 —  Select Your Country

After OTP verification:

### ✅ For Users Outside India

- Select your Country from the dropdown.  
- Complete the CAPTCHA (“I’m not a robot”).  
- Click Submit.

### 🇮🇳 For Indian Users

If you select India:

1. Choose your State.  
2. You will see an optional toggle:
   - “I am registering as a business”

If enabled, fill in:
   - Business/Legal Name  
   - GSTIN  
   - Registered Business Address  
3. Complete the CAPTCHA.  
4. Click Submit.

These details ensure correct invoicing (GST included for Indian customers).

## Step 5 —  Choose Your Plan

You will now land on the Plan Selection page.

1. Select Monthly or Yearly billing.  
2. Choose one of the plans:
   - Startup  
   - Business  
   - Agency  
3. If you have a coupon code:
   - Enter it in the Coupon Field  
   - Click Apply  
4. Click Choose Plan to continue.

## Step 6 —  Confirm Payment Details

A summary page will appear showing:

- Selected Plan  
- Billing Cycle  
- Price (with GST for India)  
- Applied coupon (if any)

Click Continue to Payment.

## Step 7 —  Complete Payment

You will be redirected to our secure payment gateway.

- Complete the payment using your preferred method.  
- Once successful, your account will be automatically activated.

## Step 8 —  Registration Complete!

🎉 Congratulations — your DotSuite account is now active!

You can now:

- Create your first project  
- Add your domain
